2) Blockchain, Wallets & Irreversible Transactions
- You interact with external wallets and public blockchain networks.
- All on-chain transactions are final and irreversible. The team cannot reverse transfers,
purchases, or mints.
3) Tokens, Rewards & Game Economy
- Tokens and rewards are for gameplay utility and may be adjusted, paused, limited, or removed for
balance, security, or compliance.
- No guarantees are made regarding value, liquidity, or profitability. Tokens may lose value
entirely.
- Nothing in the Game constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.
4) NFTs & Player Marketplace
- The Game may enable minting and trading of NFTs.
- Marketplace activity is peer-to-peer. You are solely responsible for your trading
decisions and outcomes.
- NFTs may become illiquid, lose value, or lose compatibility due to technical or design changes.
5) Assumption of Risk
- You accept risks including (but not limited to) volatility, smart contract risk, exploits, bugs,
network congestion, wallet/provider failures, phishing, and regulatory changes.
- You are responsible for protecting your wallet, seed phrase, and private keys. Loss of keys may
result in permanent loss of assets.
6) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the team is not liable for any direct or indirect losses
arising from use of the Game, tokens, NFTs, or marketplace activity.
7) Prohibited Conduct
- Cheats, bots, exploits, abuse, fraud, or illegal activity are prohibited.
- We may restrict or terminate access for violations where technically possible.
8) Changes
- We may update these Terms and/or gameplay mechanics. Continued use indicates acceptance of the
